The Houston Health Foundation works to address critical public health needs impacting the Houston region’s most underserved families and children. We remain committed to our mission of creating public-private partnerships for sustainable health and wellness initiatives and programs in our communities.

This work aims to identify and address current gaps and factors influencing COVID-19-related health disparities. Under this strategy, key partners will broadly address health disparities and inequities related to COVID-19 within targeted zones, addressing and, as necessary, dispelling misinformation and barriers to mitigation practices due to mistrust.

We also play a key role in ensuring families receive the support services they need to create safe and healthy environments for children living in the Houston region.
