Partial reopening of the OBS office with effect from 8 June 2020Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and in compliance with the regulations of lockdown level 3, the OBS is required to take practical steps to protect its staff, complainants and other stakeholders. The OBS office will now be open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 08h00 to 14h00 to again receive walk-in complainants, subject to the following conditions: All visitors temperatures will be taken and must be below 37.5 C. Individuals who decline to have their temperatures taken, or who have temperatures higher than this, will not be permitted access to the premises and will be advised to seek medical attention if appropriate;All visitors must wear a mask or any material that covers the nose and mouth;All visitors must use the hand sanitiser provided when entering and leaving the OBS premises; andAll visitors must adhere to the indicated guidelines to promote safe social distancing and obey floor stickers and other related signage.
