I love the house. Cedarglen has lots of options, different house plans and most importantly they allow you to do any customization you like. Our supervisor Jason was great, very responsive and was really caring for the house to be good quality. I thing so far overall the experience has been great.

We've already been to or recommended different show homes to other family members. [We love] the willingness [of Cedarglen Homes] to address all of our concerns, no matter how small (or silly) we think they are. The response team have addressed all of our concerns and alleviated our worries promptly, kindly and respectfully. Dave (who has conducted all of our inspections) is wonderful! He's been very kind, attentive and forthright when he came for inspections. All the tradespeople who've come for repairs have been equally respectful and diligent in their work. It's reassuring to know that there is such a great team there to help us when we need it.

This is our second home with Cedarglen in the span of five and a half years. We're very pleased with the level of service from Dennis, Jeff, and the entirety of the Cedarglen team. We have recommended Cedarglen on a few occasions in the past and, for anyone looking to build a similar style home, will continue to recommend in the future. [We loved] the quality of service, willingness to go above and beyond, [and the] flexibility to modify the design of our home to meet our needs.

Everyone we work with had been amazing and helpful and we were really happy the we decided to let Cedarglen build our future home. Everyone is friendly and they made this experience of building our house fun and easy. We liked the show home but what persuaded us to go with Cedarglen the most is the Sales Manager. Ryan had been really helpful and he helped us visualize and decide on what we really wanted for our future home.

The process was seamless, and with being out of town during the build, Cedarglen continuously kept me in the loop, did exactly as we asked and treated our requests with the highest of standards.

We appreciated the ability to present the wants and needs we had for our home and to have the design tailored to those requests. We were impressed by the level of customization considering Cedarglen is not a "custom" builder. All representatives from start to finish were friendly and treated us like an appreciated customer, which is something I cannot say about the sales reps at some of the other builders we visited. Felt like we were getting "our" house and not just picking an option from a brochure. Team was very good with explaining costs and handling things like change orders and getting the best bang for our buck. Upon visiting Livingston we were impressed by Cedarglen's selection and price points compared to other builders and appreciated how we were treated by Reda during our first visits. Reda did a great job earning our business and spending the time to educate about the product and community. Much friendlier and more honest than our typical sales rep experiences.

Cedarglen employees are very responsible, friendly and helpful. I can feel the great Company culture. During the whole process we were impressed by the great culture of the company, their employees are positive, friendly and passionate. We had fantastic experience building our lovely home with Cedarglen.

We were impressed by how thorough the whole building experience was, from start to finish. The whole cedarglen team took the time to accommodate our needs, made sure we were informed with every change that occurred. Possession day was quick and easy. Couldn't have asked for more.

Cedarglen was caring and considerate throughout the entire process. They treated us like family and were really receptive to our questions, comments, and of course any warranty claims. We didn't get served any red tape or feel at arms-length at all, it was just a really smooth and a great overall experience. I hope that Cedarglen continues this highest level of service and workmanship. At this point, I would recommend anyone who's buying a new home to put a Cedarglen home at the top of their prospects.

The whole process from start to finish was great - having built with three other builder, Cedarglen was by far the best; far exceeded our expectations! If you are considering a builder that genuinely cares about the building experience and their customers, I can't recommend Cedarglen enough!

An absolutely wonderful experience with the Cranston Cedarglen team from start to finish. The staff took an extremely friendly and professional approach throughout the entirety of the build, and dealing with deficiencies was quick and painless. A new home build will always have it's hiccups, the end experience is highly dependent on how your builder rectifies these issues; Cedarglen never hesitated to address hiccups as they arose, and always dealt with them in a timely manner. I would without hesitation recommend Cedarglen as a builder, and I personally had an incredible experience with the Cranston Riverstone team.
