Fabulous hotel, amazing staff, great location, spotlessly clean! Highly recommend this hotel, I would definitely stay again when visiting Cape Town. Comfortable and enjoyable stay. Stayed once before, just over two years ago. Overall this time around was slightly disappointing by comparison. Nevertheless I would return and have no major complaints. Welcoming Experience I would like to thank your management and staff for such lovely and genuine hospitality. Because of the onset of the Covid-19 virus everything was changing from hour to hour and you and your staff continually had smiles on their faces and were so compassionate and helpful, even though they too were at great risk coming into work. I had written a letter to management when I left and it named individuals that stood out during my stay. Because only room service was available during this pandemic, your staff recommended wonderful selections for my evening meals and I looked forward to Nakwanda s morning breakfast surprise. I would ask her to choose what I was going to eat every morning because I wanted to try foods from your region. Always a surprise and very delicious! My room was beautiful overlooking Table Mountain and the Church and I really appreciated the show cleaning service, especially during this pandemic. I hope to return to Taj Cape Town when the world finds it s way back to some normalcy.I pray that you and your staff have a shield of protection and good health and thank you for making my stay such a welcoming experience during this unfortunate time.Ms. Mary Beth A.
