I have used (and put through its paces!) the full range of Spectrographic equipment since it first came onto the market in the UK. Support for this equipment is excellent with prompt resolution of any technical issues the norm and not the exception. The product support is in my opinion the best in the business and of a standard that raises the bar for other manufacturers. The S500 camera system has proved excellent and comes highly recommended. It is easy to use, and the controls are self explanatory for anyone who is not IT orientated. I cannot fault the support. The team is always easy to get hold of and if they are unavailable, return any calls or queries promptly. We have 3 machines from Spectrographic in the department (MetCut 250, Omega Press and Omegapol). They are very reliable and user friendly. Being our first experience with Spectrographic we would not hesitate to recommend their equipment and the service is excellent. Obviously when any machine goes down it’s a frustrating situation to be in, and particularly given the fact that Mitutoyo have stopped supporting this model, the “unknown” element of whether or not it could be fixed was a scary prospect!That said, we’re very glad that is has been repaired, and we appreciate the efforts that you guys have gone to, It is now working well and reporting accurately.
