Pursuant to Governor Pritzker's "stay-at-home" order issued March 20, all University Library locations will be closed to the public until further notice, pending campus plans for phased resumption of services. The Library will endeavor to provide virtual services during this time, including online access to collections and virtual reference service (Ask a Librarian online chat is available). In preparation for the launch of a new Library catalog, users will not be able to request materials through the current catalog between June 19 - 23. Requesting will return once the new Library catalog launches on June 24. Search by title, author, or keyword in a broad selection of sources. What am I searching? Search for articles on a specific topic in magazines and journals. What am I searching? Search for specific journal titles both in print and electronic format. What am I searching? Search libraries all over the world and request items via Interlibrary Loan Journal & Article Locator Find an article or a journal tiltle already known to you; also searches the Library catalog for print journals. Choose a subject area to view the resources available within that focus or look up a database alphabetically. Search by title or by subject to view our subscription details, including date ranges and where you can access full text. Online Reference Collection Great place to start by finding background information on common research topics. Look up physical items placed on reserve for your class by title, class number, or professor's name. Course Guides Guides specifically designed for your class.
