We believe the principle of social distancing being followed globally is the best preventive measure that needs to be adopted at the moment to contain the community transmission of COVID-19 virus.Providing psycho-social counselling and support to women survivors of violence is an integral part of Jagori’s work. Hence both helplines (mobile and landline) WILL REMAIN ACTIVE. Though Shivalik office and Field Support Centres at Madanpur Khadar, Bawana, Bilaspur Camp and Tajpur Pahari will be closed, in cases of emergency, meetings with survivors will be scheduled in Shivalik office.
