The coaching staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It didn’t take long for us to make friends. My children enjoy watching me workout through the window in the kids room. I enjoy that I can bring my kids and they have a place to be with supervision unlike other CrossFit gyms where I’ve been told there is a corner I can put them is where my 2 and 4 year old would never stay for more than 5 minutes.
