Thank you for your interest in participating in a Jury Study session. If selected, you will be asked to give unbiased opinions about real cases going to trial.Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), we will be conducting Focus Groups virtually for the time being. Payments will be made via  check, mailed out the morning after the focus group is completed. You will need to have the ability to attend online. Virtual meetings are done through Zoom, which can be used on your computer. You do not have to have the Zoom software we will send you a web link to attend. We will also do a test run of your audio and video prior to the start of the focus group.Nothing from the sessions will ever be published or available to the public and will remain confidential.Prior to the focus group date, you will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement to protect the interests of the cases you will be hearing. Real cases will be presented to you for your discussion and opinions. After the online presentation, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire outlining your thoughts and opinions about the case. Finally, you will be paid in exchange for your time and participation.Requirements: Access to a webcam Receive Payment via check Docu sign (app) 18 yrs or +Individuals with all types of backgrounds are encouraged to apply. More details will be emailed to you if you are selected.Each session is recorded for private-use only. You can only participate in a Jury Study once.
