Future Leadership Division The IBA's Future Leadership Division (FLD) is a platform to support the next generation of Indiana bankers. Its mission is to connect banking professionals within the IBA membership by providing education, networking and volunteer opportunities. Hoosier Banker The September/October Hoosier Banker presents C2C (Commitment to Community) Award nominations, telling the story of bank community service in 2019. A total of 25 banks submitted nominations for the awards, with winners to be announced at the virtual Mega Conference in November.
