Our estimating department can provide detailed and dependable cost estimating for projects of all sizes and complexity. A reliable cost estimate is an important construction management tool and is generally crafted during a project’s conceptual phase. As the project progresses, the cost estimate will be continuously refined to reflect design changes and budgetary concerns.

One of the most important steps in project management is teaming up with reliable experts that can facilitate communication with owners, architects and engineers and ultimately give your project the best possible chance at success. We estimate our projectsutilizing E4CLICKS, Xactimate, and other estimating softwareto provide the most resourceful information for each market.

SPALLING REPAIR

The basic characteristic of concrete is strong in compression but weakens with applied tension. Because concrete is a porous material the durability is determined by its ability to resist the effects of weather the environment.

Reasons behind a crack or spalled concrete include:

Corrosion of reinforcing steel bar

Freeze-thaw disintegration

Alkali-aggregate reaction

Drying shrinkage cracks

Blisters/Delamination

Regardless of the reason, cracks can affect the performance of the structure and will require a specialized repair to restore its structural properties. If the concrete is too deteriorated it must be removed along with addressing exposed and/or corroded reinforcing steel. Geofill has extensive experience repairing spalled structures along the Texas coast impacted by hurricane and weather. We utilized innovative approved products and techniques while working with structural engineers to complete the specialized repairs. Our crew works hard to match the existing texture and look of the structure, so the repair is undetectable.

Sample Certificate of Insurance evidencing your current coverage limits.

A letter from each agency certifying your company as a small, minority, or underutilized business enterprise (if applicable).

Reference letter from bonding agency with your aggregate and pre-project bonding capacity along with your surety (bonding) company’s legal name.

OSHA300A reports for each of the last three (3) EMR periods.

A letter from your insurance company or agent indicating your EMR (Experience Modification Rate) history for the last three (3) years.

A list of current work in progress and corresponding backlog.
