This house was absolutely fantastic. The views, sunsets, pool and location were perfect. We hardly went anywhere because the place was so nice to relax, swim, lay in the sun. We had wonderful cocktails and great food we cooked ourselves. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was awesome and the outdoor bbq, awning and bar were such a treat! My grandkids had a blast in the pool and hot tub. I can't convey how perfect it was for our idea of a nice, relaxing place to spend time with our grandkids. We've been to the Hawaiian islands many times but have never stayed in a place that was as perfect as this. The owner has great taste and the rental company was ready to help if we needed anything at all. I would highly recommend staying there and I hope we can go back again someday. Our biggest and only problem was that two weeks went by way too quick! Truly a gem!

Beach Villas OT-603

We spent 8 nights in OT-603 at Ko Olina Beach Villas. It is a beautiful villa in an excellent location. We were greeted by Rueben who was very helpful and kind. The villa has all of the amenities we needed...kitchen appliances, beach chairs, snorkles, beach towels, laundry machines. Blayne was very attentive to all of our needs during our stay. I highly recommend this villa for a great vacation!

Hawaiian Honu House

Everything about this property was perfect! Very clean, great location, and spacious. The fenced in yard from the pool was just what we needed with two young kids. The pool was incredible with a shallow area for my one year old and deep area for my husband and four year old to do cannon balls. We had an issue with the grill and the management company brought us a new one right away! Loved everything about this house and will be back in the future.

Makaha - Hawaiian Princess - 104

Stayed from Christmas to New Year's at the end of 2015. Had a great time, especially with the beach right there three steps down from the lanai. Nicely appointed unit - clean and well stocked.

Kamilo Place

This was a great property. There we're some minor requests of the property manager that we're taken care of very quickly. Huge advantage was using the concierge from the management company.

We love staying at the ko olina beach villas. Our 3 year old and 7 year old think it's absolutely fantastic as well. It's such an easy holiday in safe and nice accommodations.

The house was a great space for multiple families! Everyone had their own space but the main kitchen and living was a perfect space to gather! The best part of the house was the patio and pool area! The sunsets were spectacular!

Kona Bali Kai 201

My family loved the amazing sunsets every night! Loved watching the dolphins and surfers every morning while sitting on the deck with our coffee and breakfast!! We saw turtles every day also. Had plenty of room for our family of 6. Would rent again if we would make it back to Hawaii again!!

Property ManagerI had an unfortunate event happen with my rental car while I was at Yamhill flats. The staff was quick to help and get me in the right places to get every sorted out (The rental company made a mistake). I couldnt have asked for better customer service through that event. One of the staff members even offered to give me a ride to the airport if I needed it. Truly wonderful and caring staff.PropertyI have stayed in the area 5 times, this being my 2nd time at Yamhill. I will never stay anywhere else (until I move out there). It is so comfortable and safe and relaxing. You have everything you need. They make sure you feel comfortable and welcome. It makes you feel at home. I have stayed in both suites 3&4. Both are absolutely wonderful. I do love the separation of suite 3 inside. Cant wait to come back.

Three Pines Family Cabin with Hot Tub

Perfect home for our family. Loved the ground level ease for the dog and hot tub access. House was laid out great and had everything we needed. Hot tub beautifully situated w/ snow and trees all around. Property managers were responsive, professional and very nice. Quiet neighborhood, which made for nice strolls with the dog, and the Lodge Restaurant & Pub close by was great for takeout. Driveway was flat and garage a great convenience.

Perfect Family Beach House

I wanted to write and thank Beach House Rentals for your excellent customer service, and thank you for arranging such a wonderful place for my family to celebrate a special event. All of us felt so comfortable in the home. It was perfect for the 9 of us. My family members commented on how cozy and warm the home is. We also enjoyed that it was so close to the shops and restaurants! So thank you very much for such a nice setting for such a great weekend. I think I will be reserving this sometime in the near future for a 2021 outing for the family.

Had a wonderful time at this property! Sledding on property with young kids, utlizing the member card discounts down at the Rec Center Snowplay, and the space with perfect for our couple families. Beautiful space and would recommend for a large family or a couple smaller families with young kids.

Wolfgang Vacation Cabin

Our family of four stayed at the Wolfgang Vacation Cabin for a full month where we greatly enjoyed beautiful views from the deck, easy access to the amazing trails at the Tahoe Donner Adventure Center, and the well-furnished home. The cabin is cozy and woodsy with a lovely rock fireplace. The kitchen included all the tools I needed for meal prep and baking. This is the third rental we've stayed at through Tahoe Signature Properties, and like all the others, it came with lots of fluffy towels, soft bedding, and plenty of necessary supplies. Very happy!

This charming beach house was fabulous!! It met all our needs and was so clean!!We enjoyed the short ocean view stroll to the village so much. This house had everything you would possibly need for a comfortable stay, the backyard is perfect and the landscaping is beautiful...our 2 year old grandson loved playing in the spacious yard!! Already looking forward to our next year stay!!!!

Their check in and check out process is a breeze, and they also send you an email notification to check if there is anything they can assist you with during your stay. Luckily for me, I have not encountered any problems on either of my stay.PropertyMy family and I had a great time staying at the Navajo Ridge property. It was the perfect getaway to a peaceful and stress free vacation because of the tall mountain trees, and the crisp fresh air surrounding it. One of the good features about this cabin is that it is very spacious and it is also less than half an hour away from Panguitch Lake which my husband and brother in laws were really looking forward to going fishing during this trip. If you need to take a pause from the busy city life, this is definitely the place to be. In case my family and I plan to do another trip to Brianhead in the future, we are considering booking this property again.

This house is as described. A close walk to the beach. Lots of beach toys. Plenty of room for a family of 12. One of the AC units broke during our stay, but it was promptly fixed the next morning. Nice to have a pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Fish House

House is very cute. So glad to find a nice house that accepts pets that doesn't smell like pets! Everything you need to be comfortable is here. A big bonus is the bikes and beach chairs included in the rental. Walking distance to everything you need. The house is not so far back in the community that you cannot walk to and from the beach if you'd like to. The front porch is made for sitting and having coffee in the mornings and watching the activities of the day begin!

Lifeguard Loop

Great house. Heated pool was a key with young kids. Our small goldendoodle found the sofas & pillows very comfortable and was a delight to sit beside. The only major drawback was the TV channel operation. The channel guide was not easy to work and manuever around - which was very odd. It was the first time that it was difficult to move around channels and keep track of movies and sports. The house was spacious and the porches are terrific.

Tide Lines

We had a great vacation here. Loved the condo and location. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were generous. It was all lovely!

The property was amazing and the location was perfect for our family being just steps from the playground and cabana pool. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze and the property management company was great! We’ll definitely be back!

Sea La Vie

Our family had a wonderful time. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The pool was a nice size. Pool was cleaned on Friday’s and we paid extra to heat it. Michael James was very attentive to our needs, I can't say enough about him. He kept us well informed about the hurricane always answering his phone when we called. We even enjoyed meeting the lovely couple and their dog staying in the carriage house!

Blissful Breeze is a lovely home, easily accommodating two families. It is within walking distance to the white sandy beaches! Michael, the property manager, is attentive and provides lots of detailed information.

Seagrove Orange

I planned this trip last minute due to having a hectic summer. It was wonderful. The condo was so well taken care of and spacious. Everything we needed in the kitchen except a crab boil pot. Room for everyone. The perfect distance from busy Seaside and we could ride our bikes. Beautiful private beach access. Every room has a view of the pool which my kids loved. I was a little overwhelmed with the rules sent prior to check in but everything I needed was in the email and I never had to contact the manager with problems. I would love to stay again.
