I don’t have a spare £10K lying around, I’m sure most of us regular working people don’t. I spoke to a guy who was very calming, he could sense the worry in my voice, and he talked me through a basic application for them to help me out. It didn’t matter that half of the figures I gave were way out due to my panic, he explained this can all be corrected later on.He arranged for me to have a home visit with his colleague, Mark Collins. When Mark came round I was greeted with a very friendly face, which instantly had me feeling more relaxed. Mark talked me through all of the things that he was going to try and sort for me, and explained how things such as mortgage rates are affected.I had high outgoings, leaving me just £190 per month to try and live on, hence the £15K of debt I had accumulated over the last few years. I had credit card, online catalogue, overdraft, PayPal Credit, and bank loan debts, making life a struggle. I had NO idea going into this, that Mark was here to put everything right. I thought this was just going to be about remortgaging for that £10K I needed. But Mark explained that he is determined to raise enough money remortgaging, to get me debt free, and in a much better position financially. Mark collected figures and rates from me for all of my debts, and went away to do his calculations. He kept in touch the whole time, and over texts and calls.Then we had our second meeting just a couple of weeks later. Well, he made me cry!—in the good way! Not only did he manage to find me a new mortgage, fixed in for 5 years, at barely £100 more than what I’m paying already. But he managed to raise enough to pay the £10K maintenance charge, £15K to have me instantly debt-free, plus an extra £10K just for me! Any fees were built into the new mortgage, the only thing I had to pay up front was £99. Everything was made so easy, all I had to do was provide documents, and sign a few bits of paperwork along the way. Mark took me through everything step-by-step, and the slightest thing that I was unsure of, he was just a call or text away with the right advice.Mark Collins came into my life, and he fixed it. I’m not even exaggerating. Mark has put me into a position where I can afford to actually live, rather than just exist, scraping by from pay day to pay day. I’m £250 per month better off, with no debts (other than the mortgage, of course), and I’m able to afford a social life, and to put some money aside each month for savings. I can now afford the new front door, windows, bathroom, and floors that I was planning on saving up for over the next few years.This whole experience with Your Mortgage Decisions was positive from day one, to mortgage completion, and the process was so quick. From the first meeting to completing was a mere 6 weeks. I couldn’t recommend this company enough, and if you’re lucky enough to be given Mark Collins to handle your case, you’re in the safest hands in the business. I could say so much more, but then this review would become a novel.
