WHO WE ARE

LYDIA LIEBMAN
President, Head Publicist

Lydia Liebman is a trailblazing music media professional. For over a decade, she has helmed Lydia Liebman Promotions. Since its founding, Liebman has spearheaded PR campaigns for over three hundred albums, and has promoted hundreds of events. A member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS), Liebman has led countless GRAMMY campaigns for independent artists and helped to secure 21 nominations and 7 wins. Her work as a promoter and publicist is informed by her previous work as a jazz radio host and musician. In 2021, Liebman was chosen for the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 list in Music. In 2022, she joined the faculty of the Roc Nation School of Music at Long Island University. 

WILLIAM RODRIGUEZ
Latin America Representative, PR Associate 

William 'Willy' Rodriguez began working with Lydia Liebman Promotions in 2019. A native of Ponce, Puerto Rico and Rodriguez is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and received his M.S. from New England Conservatory. He is a Latin-Grammy winning drummer and percussionist with experience in jazz, Latin jazz, rock, pop and alternative music. Rodriguez is LLP's point of contact for Latin/South America, Spain and other Spanish-speaking territories. 

DYLAN MCCARTHY
Content Creator/Lead Writer 

Dylan McCarthy began working with Lydia Liebman Promotions in January 2019 while completing his Music Business M.B.A at SUNY New Paltz.  As LLP’s Content Creator/ Lead Writer Dylan is deeply grateful and exhilarated to be working closely with artists and professionals that push the jazz art-form forward into new, exciting, sustainable and inclusive directions. Dylan has been fortunate enough to work on over one hundred press campaigns over the past several years, including several Grammy-winning endeavors.

In addition, Dylan is an actively-performing jazz guitarist, a freelance grant-writer, the current Director of Programming at JazzReach and the former Assistant Producer of Jazz in the Valley in Poughkeepsie NY.

BARI BOSSIS
Publicity Assistant 

Bari Bossis joined Lydia Liebman Promotions in October 2020. She is a graduate of Bard College with a degree in American Literature. As the Publicity Assistant to the Founder and President of LLP, Bari is delighted to endorse a passionate and diverse musical roster. In addition to her work at LLP, Bari is a freelance food writer; several of her recipes were recently published by the nationally recognized nutritionist, Dr. Janet Bond Brill.
