Hospitals throughout New Hampshire provided more than $577 million dollars in community benefits, going above and beyond their mission of delivering high quality, affordable healthcare to their patients.

The Granite State Health Care Coalition has been supporting the state's response to the pandemic, serving as a critical resource in their continuous emergency preparedness and response.

Since 2016, New Hampshire hospitals have avoided over 2,150 patient harm events and saved over $18.7 million in healthcare costs under the Partnership for Patients initiative.

The Foundation has served as the leading resource for advance care and end of life care planning, including POLST, for patients and their families, medical providers, hospitals and health systems throughout the state.
