Westlake Instrumental Music The Westlake program is comprised of four large concert ensembles, three jazz ensembles, two full symphony orchestras, three string orchestras, marching band, color guard and indoor drum line. Westlake has the largest performing arts program in the entire Ventura County with over 300 students enrolled in instrumental music and over 220 students enrolled in choral music.
