When they promised to send me the power pods for iPhone instead of the ones they sent, I trusted that they were honest and ethical... how wrong I was! Each time I contact them, they have a different lie. The 4th story is that they were Fed Ex-ed that very morning!!! They owe me 60.00 and I have yet to receive money or product. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Shysters should lose their business!! I have 2 lawyers informed. Im not stopping until they pay! ACCIDENTALLY since they did not have a way to see any way to tell when product would be delivered i went through the process hoping to get to "shipping" to see when it would be delivered.. the purchase went through without any... Check our FAQ I ordered a Flippity Fish back in June and decided I didn't want it the next morning. I tried to cancel my order but Ontel told me it already shipped(yeah right). They also double charged me instead of $22.95 it came to $57.95 but one was supposed to be free. I refused the product and returned to them back in July and I still haven't gotten a refund. I have contacted them several times by email so I would have a written record of our transactions. My next step is the better business bureau to complain, I am quite sure I am not the only one. User's recommendation: Stay Away from Ontel and their products!!!! My friend has this and she gave it to me. It was still factory sealed but the only thing in it was the sweeper. How can I get all the parts that are missing?.. This would be great for me as I am 80 and live alone. My dog kinda of drops her dog food all over. It didn't cool our little space, even though we followed all the advice and guidance. I've tried calling customer service 5x and was on hold 30min, 40min, and up to 50min each time. Tried emails (3x) and no replies. How do they know what I want or need? User's recommendation: JUNK! Don't buy!! Order was never given to USPS for delivery. I ran it for almost 30 mins and found that it is only blowing out moist air and the room does not get any cooler. It does not work... I could not get hold of anyone at Thane, the phone numbers that was on the email did not work. and at that time I wanted to cancel the order. I bought one through Amazon and after a week it wouldnt work.I called Ontel to get a new plug as I was sure it was that and they offered to send me a new vacuumwhich I thought was strange but received it 4 days later and it worked for approx 4 days then stopped working so called them and couldnt get thru at all so called Amazon and they said they think they went out of business,they said they could only send me another one as Swiffer had sent me another one,but that was nice of them but not sure it will work so if it doesnt I am out of luck. I could have gotten the same result (or better) with a small fan (which i already have), blowing across a frozen ice cube tray.Not quite worth the $150.00+ that i spent for this piece of crap and it's filter.Like so many others, i have not been able to get any help from the seller.
