SellerBasics was founded by Paul Rafelson. Paul was a seller before becoming an attorney. While studying law at Villanova Law School, Paul flipped video games via retail arbitrage on Amazon and consistently delivered a positive experience for Amazon’s customers.

A: We are happy to help! However, there is a one-time “pre-existing suspension” fee that may be collected prior to beginning work for any sellers who have received a 72-Hour Notice or Notice of Suspension prior to joining SellerBasics.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of incidents that I can get help with?
A: There is no limit to the number of incidents you can get assistance with. Members will be charged with the discounted service-fee for each new incident.
Q: What is covered under my suspension coverage?

A: A QuickConsult is a 15-minute call, email, or instant message conversation on any legal topic related to running your eCommerce business. These can include calls related to employment practices, business contracts, intellectual property, avoiding suspensions, asset protection, estate planning, ownership changes, tax law questions, or other legal questions. We will spend up to 15 minutes discussing the issue with you, and advise you if a one-hour strategy call is appropriate. In the event that your issue is more complex than a QuickConsult or one hour strategy call, we will provide you with a discounted flat-rate proposal or hourly engagement to represent you in the matter.
Q: Is the account suspension after 1 Day of membership really free?
A: Yes.
Q: What is the standard turnaround time on services?
A: Our services are triaged, so account suspensions or claims that put your account at risk for suspension are treated first for our members.
A: We strive to have your appeal to you within 3 business days of being granted account permissions, and after receiving the necessary documents to begin working on your case.

Q: What if I have more than one Amazon Account?
A: A seller's primary USA account is covered under the $99/month, and is eligible for the Complimentary Suspension Benefit. Any accounts (Canada, Mexico, Japan, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, UK, UAE, India) linked to the USA Account through the Global Selling program are also covered for discounted benefits, but do not receive the complimentary Suspension Benefit. For these accounts, a $750 per-suspension fee applies.
If a seller has multiple accounts within a marketplace (for example, 2 Canadian, or 2 USA accounts), the additional account can be covered for a $70 per month fee per additional account. Any accounts (Canada, Mexico, Japan, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, UK, UAE, India) linked to the additional account through the Global Selling program are also covered for discounted benefits, but do not receive the complimentary Suspension Benefit.

Numerous Amazon sellers face unexpected challenges including account suspensions which may not even be their fault.
