We have always been aware of the importance of obtaining the best quality materials in order to produce high quality products. Our company has been the premier supplier fragrances to the personal care industries and other industries for more than fifty years and continue to search for the best quality. We are also proud to announce that we have received Halal certification and ISO 9001: 2015 certification.

INTERNATIONAL FACTORY STANDARDS

Nilam Widuri’s factory was built in 1984 on a land plot of 22,000 m2 at Gunung Putri, Bogor, West Java, to comply with International factory Standards.Both our Quality Control Laboratory and our R & D laboratory are fully equipped with modern computerized equipment like Density Meters, Gas Chromatograph (GC), Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectro (GCMS) and Automatic Sampler Machines and also we accept matching product.

STANDARD AND WARRANTIES

We are fully aware that customer satisfaction is our goal. We maintain strictly our integrity and ethical standards. We do not compromise on quality, safety or environment. We comply with national and international legal requirements (IFRA) and ISO 9001 : 2015, adopting more demanding standards where appropriate. The Indonesian Council of Ulama (MUI), has declared that our fragrances as HALAL according to the Islamic Law with HALAL CERTIFICATE.
