What is Movember?

There are many reasons why young men around the world die too early. Some of them are specific diseases such as prostate or testicular cancer, while others are psychological.

For example, unaddressed mental health issues can lead to depression or, in the worst cases, suicide. Movember draws attention to these very issues, shows solidarity with those affected and raises awareness of taboo topics relating to men's health.

The term "Movember" is based on the month of November and the English abbreviation "mo" for moustache. Participants in Movember grow a mustache throughout the month to draw attention to the campaign.

Here's how it works:

Throughout Movember, SK Gaming employees and professional gamers and content creators will compete in a running challenge. The kilometers run will be counted and added up, resulting in a total contribution that will be donated to Movember.

But here’s the kicker: Mercedes-Benz will double all donations! So participate and help us to support the Movember Foundation.
