Christiaan enjoys igniting positive change in teams and organisations. He has a background in organizational psychology and is a Professional Scrum Trainer at Scrum.org. Christiaan lives in Utrecht with Lisanne. He loves writing, software development, data analysis, reading and learning. To date, he has worked with hundreds of Scrum teams and dozens of organizations.
