First of all I want to tell you about your hotel’s internet’s speed . During my last visit also with my collegue Ms. Harsha Khorwal, we had words with your reception team regarding the same but that time also it was not corrected properly . This time also I have faced the same problem on my first day but thanks to Mr. Sanjay Saklani who had to do support to me every time when Ms. Harsha was not available. I think Mr. Sanjay is the nice person & he has skill, he has knowledge for that how to take care of our guest. Anyway, We enjoyed a lot in our every visit. We want to visit again & again.
