The Dallas World Aquarium is excited to welcome everyone back! For the health and safety of our guests, staff, and animals, we have implemented several changes in our operating procedures. Visit Dallas County Health for the latest information on COVID-19. Timed Entry tickets are now available for purchase. Simply select your ticket type, your preferred date, and entry time. Your contactless entry ticket(s) will be emailed to you. Please ensure your entire group is present for entry. We look forward to your visit! TICKETS: To accommodate the occupancy requirement mandated by the State of Texas, The Dallas World Aquarium has implemented a Timed-Entry system as part of our ticketing procedure. Guests are highly encouraged to purchase advance online tickets and will check-in at our main entrance on the corner of Laws and Corbin Streets.  Guests may check-in within 30 minutes of their designated entry time. You can present your mobile ticket or we can scan if you elected to print your ticket.ENTRANCE: Guests with Timed-Entry tickets may enter through our main entrance located at the corner of Laws and Corbin Streets. All guests will have their temperature taken prior to entry. If you wish to purchase tickets on-site or if you are a late arrival, you may enter through the same entrance, however, Timed-Entry guests may have priority access.QR CODE EXHIBIT DISPLAY: Our exhibit displays now have QR codes you can easily scan with your mobile device to receive the latest fact sheet about our animals and their habitats. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS: If you are feeling sick, please stay home. Per CDC guidelines, if your temperature is over 100.4 you will need to return on another date. Per Dallas County’s recent order, guests ages 10 and older are required to wear a facial mask or some form of covering over their nose and mouth. Please be respectful of other guests and maintain a safe distance of 6 feet between parties. Hand sanitizing stations are conveniently located on all levels of our facility.EMPLOYEE/VENDOR SAFETY: Our staff has undergone extensive training regarding safety and public health measures and will be provided with the appropriate updates should anything change.SOCIAL DISTANCING: You will see signage and markers throughout to remind you to follow social distancing guidelines and to abide by other safety measuresFEEDINGS KEEPER CHATS: These events will be canceled until further notice, to ensure social distancing guidelines are met.SANITIZING: Hand sanitizing stations have been placed throughout our facility, and staff will clean high-touch areas like handrails, viewing glass, and door handles throughout the day.GROUPS: We ask that you limit your group size to 8 people or fewer as you walk around. Visiting in smaller groups or splitting up a larger group as you walk around will facilitate social distancing guidelines. If for any reason you are unable able to attend on your selected date, your ticket will revert to General Admission and you can access through our main entrance.If you would like to reschedule a timed entry, please send an e-mail with your name, order number, and time and date for your visit to ticketing@dwazoo.com In accordance with Dallas County orders, visitors 10 years and older are required to wear face coverings while at the Dallas World Aquarium. This change is effective Friday, June 26, 2020. For the safety of our animals, outside food is strictly prohibited, with the exception of baby formula and baby food. Our 1801 and Café Maya restaurants will both be open for meal and beverage purchases. If you are unable to make your timed entry visit, your ticket will revert to General Admission and you can access through our entrance on N. Griffin Street by the African Cichlid Fish Exhibit during our normal business hours.
