I got in touch with Russell and Thomas and they heard me out. They were kind compassionate and come to find out they had a story of their own and had a real understanding of not only what I was looking for but what I was going through at the time. The educated me on not only The Ranch but also the other facilities I did not even know were within their organization. After attending their woman's program 6 months later, not only do I feel like I have the tools to help life a better life but I also feel like I found a new place I can call home. The staff and services were nothing short of professional and caring, allowing me to feel a part of again and I could not have asked for anything more. I would recommend Promises to anyone who is struggling and is at the place where they are willing and open-minded enough to do something different to make a change.
