LIFT Grant ProgramThe Village of Fairport Local Investments for Fairport's Transformation (LIFT) Grant Program has been created in response to the costs businesses in the Village of Fairport have incurred to adapt to the new business environment caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The program will provide reimbursement for COVID-19 expenses related to keeping staff and customers safe as businesses reopen or continue to operate during this pandemic. For more information, please see the Press Release, FAQs and Application. Front Porch Grant program -  This is an INCENTIVE program that encourages exterior preservation, restoration,rehabilitation or construction of front porches, which in the sole discretion of the Fairport Urban Renewal Agency are compatible with traditional style and details appropriate to the original home. 50% matching grants up to $2,000.  Eligible properties: Owner-occupied and non-owner-occupied residential properties located in the Village of Fairport which are owned by Village residents.
