Appalachian Outfitters in Greenville, SC is a single-door, family-owned outdoor specialty shop focused on providing a carefully curated selection of quality footwear, clothing, gear, and accessories to folks in upstate South Carolina.

We believe that while spending time outdoors or traveling to far-away placescan indeed be challenging, these experiences make us better people. Getting out of our"comfort zone" is an essential component ofpersonal growth, enlargement of perspective, and strengthening of character. Because theseexperiences can beso significant, weworkdiligently to "fit" eachcustomer withappropriate products perfectly-suited to their needsin the rightstyle, size, and color. This emphasis on "fit" is deeply personal to us and is at the heart of everything we do, and because of itwe've never been comfortable selling gear, technical clothing, or footwear online...it simply doesn't reflect our hands-on approach.

We will (within reason) work to remedy any potential problems that our customers may experience with anything they buy from us...it's simply the right way of doing business.
