A Culture of WellnessBeWell’s response to COVID-19Stanford BeWell gives you the opportunity to choose from flexible options and connect with experts to meet your unique wellness needs.Our program, now in its 13th year, is available to benefits-eligible Stanford University employees and their spouses/registered domestic partners. Depending on your level of participation, up to $780 in taxable incentives are available to you each year, and you can complete the program remotely.Your first step is to sign in and take your 2020 SHALA. As you go through the Stanford BeWell Program, please be aware of requirements and deadlines so you get the most out of your experience.
