Somehow I've lived in Florida on a couple occasions for a combined 8 years and had never heard of it, much less been here.The tower itself was really cool, but not something that will keep you entertained for too long. We spent a lot more time and had a lot more fun at the Tower Arcade and Lounge on the ground floor! It was a pleasant surprise, as it wasn't even shown on their website for some strange reason. It's a retro arcade bar with arcade games, and awesome retro theming including a Stranger things lounge! My wife and I loved the 80s music and retro feel and our 10 year old son enjoyed beating me (multiple times) in air hockey! It was one small cover charge for free play on the old games and quarters for pinball and prize games. Compare that to the hundreds you can easily burn through at Chuck E Cheese or Dave and Busters, and it was a cheap few hours that we didn't plan on spending in an arcade. Our son said he had way more fun there than other arcades which my wallet was happy to hear!We will definitely be back! A relaxing, fun day of awesome views from the tower and a great place to hang out and play some games is the quality family time we could all use right now. Very cool view. There are actually elevation changes in this part of Florida and they built this tower on the highest point for miles around. The depressing part is looking at was once orange groves turned into housing. But anyway, this was the view from the top in the early '00s. First went to the Citrus Tower with my parents in the 70s, and recently returned. The tower itself is as gorgeous as ever, and although the views have changed since I was there last, they are still magnificent! I would recommend to anyone, and hope to get back soon.
