November 3, 2008 . Session organizers notify authors of accepted papers and forward promising papers that were not accepted to Program Committee Co-Chairs for possible inclusion in overflow sessions

December 18, 2008 . Author notification for papers accepted in overflow regular sessions or poster session

February 15, 2009 . Final date to make online revisions to abstracts of accepted papers

March 30, 2009 . Deadline for posting completed papers on the program website (extended)
