Le Festival de Jazz Manouche a été créé à Zillisheim en Alsace en 2012, en hommage au musicien Mito Loeffler, disparu en 2011.Depuis, il est devenu le rendez-vous incontestable des amoureux de la musique manouche dans l'est de la France, et un des rares festivals français à proposer une programmation 100% manouche.Chaque année au mois de juin, ce sont une dizaine de concerts gratuits qui sont proposés le temps d'un week-end. Information importante - mise à jour du 17/07/2020 Bonjour à toutes et à tous,Le festival 2020 que nous avions repoussé à la fin du mois d'août n'aura pas lieu.Les autorités territoriales imposent des conditions qui ne permettent pas le déroulement d'une telle manifestation. Par ailleurs le virus est toujours présent, le risque est grand de créer un cluster en rassemblant autant de monde. La musique manouche est une musique de partage, de proximité, nous ne souhaitons pas mettre en danger les festivaliers.Rendez-vous est pris pour 2021, la fête en sera d'autant plus belle qu'elle nous aura manquée cette année.
