PHG operates both branded and independent resort properties – allowing for the unique ability to take advantage of legacy brands, as well as innovate through independent properties. The company manages, develops, finances, and owns hotels and resorts in California, Hawaii, Arizona, Texas, and Louisiana. PHG currently owns and manages 12 hotels and resorts, representing over 2,219 rooms and 144,552 square feet of premier indoor meeting and event space.

PHG’s independent properties fall under the Meritage Collection – a portfolio of lifestyle hotels and resorts in iconic California, Hawaii and destinations. The Meritage Collection is comprised of Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach, Hotel Granduca Austin in the Texas Hill Country, Ko’a Kea Hotel & Resort in Kauai, and two Napa Valley properties – The Meritage Resort and Spa and Vista Collina at the Meritage.
