The Growth Opportunity Center (GOC) is one of the largest behavioral health providers in the region. As a non-profit organization, we have over 40 years of providing mental health and consultation services to children, families, individuals and institutions.

Consultation services for schools, institutions, businesses, and community groups, delivered and managed by our interdisciplinary team.

Psychotherapy Services

The Growth Opportunity Center provides a full range and counseling and psychotherapy services for children, adolescents, adults, families and couples.

Group Therapy

GOC offers a variety of groups throughout the calendar year, including social skills groups, groups for men, women and adolescents, bereavement groups, and groups on Mindfulness.

Psychiatric Services

We have available several psychiatrists who can evaluate clients when medication may be considered helpful in addition to counseling and therapy.

Psychological & Educational Testing

We provide a full range of psychological testing services for children, adolescents and adults.

Autism Spectrum Disorders

GOC is an experienced provider for individuals on the Spectrum, with a variety of services designed to meet the needs along the age span.

Mindfulness Programs

GOC boasts a significant number of clinicians who have been trained in Mindfulness and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

Senior Citizen Services

Our Senior Team provides specialized therapeutic services for older persons, as well as their caregivers.

Anxiety Based Treatments
