Our apartment was lovely, newly renovated with everything we could possibly want and only 750 metres to shops and cafes. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Quiet, clean and easy. Which was great for us as a family of 4 with 2 children under 6yo. We used it as a base to visit friends. Very serviceable for our needs. Our family of 4 (10 and 8 year old boys) stayed with another family or 4 over the October long weekend and we had an absolute ball. The manager made sure we had adjacent rooms, which was so perfect for the kids and adults at night time. So much better than a huge hotel. The adults could hang out in one room and at night and the kids in the other. We hired bikes - drop off and pick up directly to our hotel, and within 3 minutes we were at Manuka shops, enjoying great restaurants, bars and cafes. It was also less than 10 minutes on foot. During the day, the apartments are close enough to the lake, that we were able to cycle there and home - basically not using our car most of the weekend. The rooms had everything we needed - washing machine, dryer, dish washer, toaster, etc and the beds were super comfortable. There's a lovely large grassy courtyard for kids to play in or share a picnic dinner. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this accomodation for families and we can't wait to return. Great value,location and hospitality. Thank you very much for your caring and timely refund. There are not many business people maintaining this kind altitude to their customers in this world at present! Most of them are always looking for some unreasonable problems or excuses retaining the deposit,i in order to gain their own benefit! Have always stayed here when coming to Canberra from Sydney, very affordable. Parking was very limited when we stayed but the staff directed us well. Room is basic and had what I need, pretty comfy. Shout out to Caroline for the friendly service. Would be back again. Our apartment was clean, staff friendly and helpful and price was great. Stayed at this place twice now and will keep coming back here on my next trip. It is located in a quick area and not far Manuka shops just a 8 minute walk.
