I went to Sexton Dental in Florence in April of 2014 for a set of upper and lower dentures when things was done at a professional level and was somewhat pleased.So I went back July 30th 2019 and had another set made an upgrade to the nicest set,What a mistake,the... I went to sexton in myrtle beach they made me a set of denture they were told they was to big I went back3 time to myrtle beach for adjustment and they was no better so I went to Florence 2 time and was told that they could make those teeth fit my mouth because they was to big and that they would be glad to sell me another set for $415.00 but the morning I went to get me a set of denture they was 2 other people having the same problem denture to big I call myrtle beach this morning and they would not make me another set of denture I took my husband and son in the last few weeks,my husband had to go back because we didn't know why he was still in pain,no one told us to look out for a dry socket! My son has to go back because the sorry dentist Scott left roots when he pulled my son's tooth! Needless to say me and my family will never go back! They're rude and not organized either!! So, first off, I called, told the nurse in the anesthesia department what I'd like done. With IV sedation, xray, simple extractions of 17 teeth, and top & bottom temporary dentures, plus 3 month follow-up would be $2500, give or take...but she said it would be right in... I chose the Signature denture (as their website say's it the top of the line.) When my new denture was ready it was huge. The gums and the roof was so thick it made me *** I told this to the attendant... I had been to the clinic as a teenager and didn't know any better! I went two years ago for a bridge, they said two visits and $7,300.00. That turned out to be the biggest mistake I ever made! Two visits turned into five, and since I lived in Florida, at a cost of... My experience was excellent. I made an appointment so I could be sedated. From the time I got there the staff was super to me. Everyone went out of there to assist me. I had 20 teeth pulled. When I got to the back to remove my teeth, the doctor and both nurses kept me... The older dentist is not his father. That guy cant hold a candle to his father.Dr. Clark Jr. is the Bomb.You want to be treated like Family? Ask for him! I had completed everything up to the blood pressure which was done improperly when questioning the tech reminding her she couldnt continue to do the same arm with a too small cuff for my arm she refused to check the other arm at that point i was asked to leave without service what a wasted day i asked for my medical records while speaking to the office manager who didnt seem to care unreal service will seek an attorney Every bodys a doctor now that we have the internet, RIGHT!? You would be the next person to sue if the outcome wasnt FN amazing!!!! I went to Sexton dental and they did the worst teeth ever. They allowed someone to come off the street and tell them something about me and they gave me the worst service ever. It was my second time going to them. The first time was good, but this second time was horrible. A few months ago I had new parcels put in. They had so many problems fitting them. They hurt my mouth so bad. They told me I will have to get use to putting them in. Even when it took 5 people to try to fit them in. You know 500.00 is alot of money, I am going back for my third time and if they can not help me I want my money back. Right now my teeth are pushed so close together and it hurts. I can't even eat food with them in. I am going back Monday. If they tell me they can not help me than I want a refund because it's going to cost me more money now to find a dentist to repair the damage they have done to my teeth. If anyone wants some advice about this place I say go find a real dentist!! I use to smile so much and now I don't. It's really bad when you can't even eat a small piece of food with your teeth in. I have to take them out before!! It sucks!! I am pissed!! Once again, a patient has all their teeth taken out and regrets it. Wearing dentures are not the nirvana they believed it would be. The patient did not live happily ever after. Look, If an orthopedist cut off your leg, would you expect to run a marathon tomorrow? NO, that's crazy talk!!!It would take you weeks or months to learn to walk again!What do you think is going to happen with prosthetic teeth?! COME ON MAN!!!! This dental office is the most unprofessional office I have EVER visited. They do not answer or return phone calls from customers. The hospitality is incorrigible. My sister has cancer and the dentist did not allow the numbing medication to complete the process before... made an app. 3 weeks ago, for today at 1245, the waiting room was full of patients and at 245 there were no seats left, to wait forever to see the dentist. finally got to see him, not too sharp, didn't have a handle on the English , language, told me I wanted him to do...
