Make each day inspired and productive by deciding where you want to work and with whom you want to meet. On a cold winter day, a seat next to the fireplace may be the way to go, while on a sunny summer day, a seat under an umbrella next to the fountains may be the ideal place to work or break for lunch. How about a massage before starting work, or sharing a glass of wine with a colleague after work from our own cellar?

With a wide variety of space, all designed for different a different use, we have everything from beautiful and unique Conference Rooms, Phone Booths, and Standing Desks to larger collaborative work areas. Want something hot to drink before digging into work? We’ve got you covered there too thanks to our friends over at Boxcar Coffee and Rasa.

No man is an island. Even black sheep need to belong. City Club’s community offers a shared safe place, allowing our members to feel accepted for who they are. Show up as your best self and see us as we see ourselves. We are the young and the old. We transcend race, gender and religious belief. We are the young entrepreneur operating on a shoestring, and the seasoned business person wanting to give back. We are not separated by our politics. We are the artist, scientist, educator, and retiree. We embrace them all. Each voice counts equally. A tall order, perhaps, but we’ve been at it for four decades.

While we pride ourselves on great hospitality, we also know that everyone’s needs are different and sometimes complicated. With our Mobile App, you can manage much of your account yourself, from booking conference rooms, to ordering lunch, or drinks to booking massages and connecting with other members.

You don’t love Apps? No problem! After getting setup, most of these processes can be requested through the Concierge and our Membership team, who is always available to help you with anything you might need.

Community is at the heart of everything we do. As a ‘Securus Locus’ we have worked for almost 50 years to create a physical space that enables comfort, and connection. Through a core values alignment in Membership, and powerful programming, we bring people together over common interests and shared passions.

We host weekly discussions like Member Monday, and big events like Chief Maris Herold: On Post-Pandemic Policing. Together we believe in the ‘Advancement of Humanity’ and the ability for the people to come together as one to solve both Local and Global issues.

Located in the heart of downtown Boulder at the intersection of Gregory and Boulder Creeks, our award-winning gardens, spa, dining room, library, wine cellar and music room combine to create magical spaces in which to socialize and entertain. Our 50-seat amphitheater on Gregory Creek is an ideal place for lectures and socially distant gatherings. Our private offices and shared work spaces, along with six unique conference rooms and nine private phone booths, provide the efficient and well-lit spaces you need to work and be productive.

THE CHARTER

We believe that values align us all, and we’re clear on ours here. While we all want to set out and accomplish something large in the world (as Jim Collins calls it a “BHAG” (Big Harry Audacious Goal), we also need to live in the moment, which means nurturing community and looking after others in meaningful capacity. We have designed the Club in a way that both serves your productivity needs; yet also invites authentic connection.

FOOD & DRINK

We believe in Hospitality instead of Service and express that belief in many ways one of which is to make things easy. Just ask one of our team, or Order through your Mobile App at any time and we will deliver your order to you wherever you are in the Club.

In a new world, we maintain the ‘old fashioned’ approach of high quality human interaction. At the same time, we believe that good technology brings great advantage and ease to normally friction-filled areas of life. These ideals are not contradictory so we try to balance both nicely to create a new kind of experience that is better than any other.

In this 129 year old building, we’ve spent decades designing every detail of the space to feel both unique and comforting, like a home away from home with a tight-knit community of caring and passionate people.
