The artistic practices of figure modeling and life drawing each come with benefits, particularly regarding positive body perception. Models report attitudes which demonstrate their own "corporeal empowerment," and studies show that these advantages can be reaped second-hand, through the practice of drawing a nude model.

The original Figure On Diversity workshop, designed to increase the accessibility of figure modeling to community members who identify as underrepresented in fine arts and media in any way.

BustEd

The creation and promotion of new sculptural reference materials aimed to diversify representation among plaster busts used in the classroom, in collaboration with Morgan Yacoe.

Modeling Modeling

A series of guidebooks for figure models, instructors and moderators, and art administrations aimed to standardize and make equitable the practices of modeling, working with models, and hiring models.
