Amazing Stay

Came to Banff for a couple getaway for my boyfriends birthday. On a tight budget and this hotel was a great price for what it is. Customer service was very kind and helpful with telling us which hikes to do and which lakes to paddle board. Walked into our room and it smelt very good, was nice and cool for the summer time, and great views. Room was better than it looked in photos and we were very pleased. Staff is very kind and I would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Banff. Great location and overall an amazing stay!

Personal time off to enjoy

Stayed in the king jacuzzi suite and could not believe the positive changes to this hotel from ‘back in the day’ ... executive style decor, clean, beautiful - enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night! LOVED the jacuzzi, nice bed, easy wifi, great location within walking distance to coffee shops, main downtown and restaurants. Definitely recommend the king jacuzzi suite, well worth it!

Great Value!

Great location, newly renovated, clean and great price! We only stayed one night but had a nice pet friendly room on the main floor. They brought us a dog bed & toy for our fur baby. We didn’t use the pool but it was open but due to COVID, you have to book a time slot. Ample free parking and would totally recommend this hotel!

Excellent location

Nice stay, few minute walk to market and Banff Information Centre. Free parking is extra point to stay. Very comfortable stay for family. Room service is quick. Kids enjoyed the stay. Good recommend for others.

Great hotel

We spent 3 night here just before Christmas and had a lovely stay.
The room: refurbished 306, and refurbished to a 5 star standard, beautiful, comfortable, quiet, well appointed room, we were the first in, and without a doubt we will be going back.
Staff - kind, considerate, helpful, lovely lovely staff, and we met several of them, the standard never slipped.

Excellent quality for the price

I stay in a lot of skier hotels throughout the winter. I was very impressed with Red Carpet in Banff. The common areas still have that old ski hotel look, but the renovated rooms are solid three star quality. New mattresses, appliances, retiled bathrooms, large screen TVs, and a super clean common area hot tub.
The desk staff was very friendly and helpful as well.
The free ski busses pick up next door.
Get this place this cheap while you still can.

Excellent customer service

Stayed here for 11 nights. Staff were very warm and friendly. Spa is lovely, very clean and well maintained. Room was cleaned with fresh towels every day. Would recommend for anyone wanting to visit this beautiful part of the world on a budget but still wanting to be able to relax in comfort

Great time in Banff

Fantastic time in Banff at this lovely hotel. Great, spacious room, fantastic location in Banff Avenue, and lovely staff. One of the receptionists, Jen, took the time to show us the best spots in Banff National Park. Tip: breakfast at El Toro, a restaurant close to the property, is to die for.

Fantastic Hotel

A great hotel, within walking distance of Banff center. We had a good size room, with fridge and coffee/tea making facilities,  a comfy bed and everything you need. Friendly & helpful staff. There is a hot tub and you can use the hotel next door's swimming pool.

Great Value & Excellent location

Excellent value 5 minute walk to town. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable of tours etc. Nothing was too much trouble. 10 out of 10. Beds super comfy. Excellent parking on site. Fridge & coffee/tea facilities
