During your stay… ‘Charlie’ would be your direct contact by phone, text messaging, or email, and would remain ‘on call’ to ensure you get fast attention for any issues that may arise and that they be handled in a reasonable and timely manner. Following your visit… any comments or suggestions you have for making your stay more comfortable would be welcomed and followed up on. Your security deposit… would be promptly refunded within 72 hours according to the rental agreement and provided the rental is left in clean, good condition.
