Call for Submissions for Volume 54-2 The UBC Law Review invites you to submit articles, case comments, and legislation comments for publication in our journal. Submissions are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. We are currently considering submissions for Volume 54 Issue 2, which is slated for publication in spring 2021. The deadline is 6 November 2020, but submissions received after this date will be considered for future issues. Preference will be given to submissions relevant to the law in Canada. Please note that the UBC Law Review does not accept unsolicited book reviews or manuscripts that are simultaneously under consideration for publication elsewhere. Please e-mail an electronic copy (in Microsoft Word format) of your manuscript to the following address: lawrevubc@gmail.comFor more information, please download the Call for Applications. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the UBC Law Review Society has not had access to our office. As a result, we have been unable to mail the print copies of Volume 53, Issues 1 and 2 to our valued subscribers. We will be mailing these print copies as soon as we regain access. At this time, we do not know when that will be, but please check here regularly for updates as to our timeline. In the meantime, if you would like to request a digital version of the journal, please email us at lawrevubc@gmail.com. Please also note that we do not have access to our mail or phone, so if you have sent us anything by mail (including cheque payments) or left us a voicemail, we will respond as soon as we are back in the office.
