Information on School Nutrition En EspanolUpdate: School Nutrition meals are now FREE!The USDA has approved allowing school nutrition meals to be served free of charge to all families through the end of December 2020.We are pleased to announce our fall school nutrition program. As our school principals have previously noted, our program this fall will look different than it did back in the spring due to changes at the federal level.Overview of the program: The meal program is for ALL students enrolled in the Monona Grove School District Student grades K -12 or students aged 19-21 that have not yet graduated are eligible to sign up for breakfast and lunch. In order to receive meals, families must pre-order meals by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday the week prior for each student they would like a meal for. Meal sign up will be done via Infinite Campus under School Store. (See below for step-by-step instructions on how to order meals.) Meals can only be served on days in which school is in session either in-person or virtually. This means meals will not be available on teacher work days or vacation days/holidays. All meals will be delivered, no pick up is required. A parent, guardian or student must be present to receive the meals. Deliveries will be made starting at 10:30 am on Tuesdays and Thursday. Tuesdays delivery will include lunch for Tuesday, breakfast and lunch for Wednesday, and breakfast for Thursday. Thursdays delivery will include lunch for Thursday, breakfast and lunch for Friday, breakfast and lunch for Monday, and breakfast for Tuesday. Requests for Help If you would like to consult with a Student Services team member regarding your child s social-emotional wellbeing, a mental health issue, or any challenge you re experiencing, please complete this brief form.
