We offer free instruction live online and many introductory programs.Core CurriculumThe Way of Shambhala is an extensive path of training in authentic meditation practices and wisdom teachings. Contemplative Arts comprise a number of secular disciplines and activities, including flower arranging and photography.Stronger Together in the Midst of HardshipDue to the coronavirus, all our buildings are closed and all events are online. Please do not enter a building without permission from the center director. We are monitoring reports from health professionals to determine when it will be safe for us to resume in-person events.It is easy to feel disoriented, fearful and lonely in times such as this. Please use technology to maintain connections with one another and allow space for your practice, reading, cooking, gardening, or other things you have always wished you had time for. This is a good time to embrace the essence of teachings we have received: equanimity, lovingkindness, patience, generosity, discipline and skillful actions toward ourselves and others.
