The VC and PVCs and a senior delegation from Nanjing University attended the ceremony.Rick, Yipin, Paul and Hao have successfully defended their Ph.D vivas and have been awarded their Ph.D recently. Best congratulations! Supported by an EPSRC award, industrial sponsorship and the UKNC, the team will organise Summer School 2012 on III-nitride Optoelectronics, which will be held from 2nd to 4th July 2012, immediately before the UKNC event as part of the UK semiconductors conference. The applicant should have, or expect to obtain, a first or upper second honours degree.
