Due to the current health crisis (Pandemic)  the ASAN board has decided to CANCEL the annual conference scheduled for September 25- 27, 2020.  It is very disappointing to all of us, but for the health and safety of all attendees, we felt it was prudent to do so at this time.  The 2021 conference is still scheduled for October 8-10, 2021.  We look forward to planning this event and hopefully will see you all then.MEETING INFO NATIONAL CONFERENCE The American Society of Allergy NursesThe American Society of Allergy Nurses was formed in 1988. First starting as Oregon Society of Allergy Nurses 1988-1990, then Northwest Society of Allergy Nurses 1991-2011.  The last name change was made at the end of 2011. Their goal is to provide continuing education for nurses, thus helping to insure high standards of practice and enhance the quality of care for allergy, asthma and immunology patients. Since then, yearly conferences have been held hosting a variety of speakers from around the country. The meetings have been held in Washington or Oregon with nurses from that particular state hosting the conference. This dynamic group of nurses encompasses participants from Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California, Montana, Alaska and other states as far away as Virginia.EndorsementsThe Northwest Society of Allergy Nurses is the one of the highest quality education experiences for nurses committed to allergy and asthma care.
