We are excited to announce the launch of our Greeting Card Program.

Meet Giovanni Ortiz!

This 12 year old artist donated a piece of artwork to our hospitals honoring our healthcare heroes.

Giovanni is using a canvas, brush and paint to thank workers who have gone above and beyond their duties during the COVID-19 pandemic!

Destiny Family Christian Center andChick-fil-A

In celebration of Hospital Week, Chick-fil-A through El Paso Children's Hospital Foundation delivered 95 meals to El Paso Children's Hospital to feed the night shift. Destiny Family Christian Center donated 45 of the meals and Chick-fil-A at Airway Blvd donated 50 meals. Thank you from our Healthcare Heroes!

The Pizza Joint, El Taco Tote and Don Carbón

What a feast!

Today, The Pizza Joint, El Taco Tote and Don Carbón helped El Paso Children's Hospital celebrate Hospital Week by showing appreciation with some delicious meals donated through El Paso Children's Hospital Foundation. There were a total of 50 meals and 10 XL pizzas donated to feed our healthcare heroes.

If ever there was a time to show a nurse how much they are appreciated, now’s the time.

To that officials and volunteers with UMC and El Paso Children’s Hospital Foundations made care packages to 1,250 nurses at both hospitals as a token of appreciation.

The Foundation collected items for the care packages, with goodies donated by individuals and companies from across the Borderland.

Those who contributed include: Georgina Williams, Western Tech, Pepsi Beverage Company, Superior Health Plan, El Paso Health, Whataburger, Walgreens, Red Lobster at Joe Battle, L’Oreal and Nothing Bundt Cakes.

Marathon Petroleum

Can you feel the love? To thank Marathon Petroleum for its enormous donation of N95 respirator masks, University Medical Center of El Paso's Public Affairs Office unveiled a banner today with signatures from nurses of both hospitals! In the photo, the nurses are wearing simple masks because the N95 masks are used for direct patient care or surgical environments.

Thank you,Domino's Pizza, for thinking of both the day and night shifts of El Paso Children's Hospital with 100 pizzas for lunch and 50 pizzas for dinner! That's amore!

Presley

Congratulations to Presley, a darling Yorkie who won the Super Hero Costume Contest, dressed up as Super Doggie!

"My human (Carolina Hernandez) is proud to have donated to help the real healthcare heroes through EPCH COVID-19," said Presley. "I donated my prize back to help patients at El Paso Children's Hospital!"

Funds totaled $870 and will go to help patients at El Paso Children's Hospital.
