WE PROVIDE A DAY SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN AGES 3-21
AND A DAY HAB FOR ADULTS OVER THE AGE OF 21
For over 40 years our goal at Rainbow Center for Communicative Disordershas been to provide a positive, safe, gentle learning environment so children with developmental disabilities can develop self-esteem and improve their academic and coping skills when faced with daily challenges. Rainbow Center works with 20 metro, suburban and rural school districts for students in the day school program with varying diagnoses such as Autism, behavior disorders and other multi-categorical disabilities.
Our day hab called Rainbow Options is for adults with special needs. It started in 1996 with one client and now serves 60 adults with special needs from the Eastern Jackson County area.
