Welcome to the Julie Williamson Mysteries
Julie Williamson is back. In Finishing the Puzzles, Julie continues in her day job as executive director of the Ryland Historical Society, but the scene of the crime is a venue unfamiliar to her: the continuing care retirement community where her parents have moved to be close to Julie and her (now) husband Rich O’Brien. What can go wrong in such a placid place? Financial fraud. Thefts. And murders. Drawing on her puzzle-solving skills and her informal but close relationship to law enforcement officers, Julie is reluctantly drawn into sorting out bad acts and bad actors.
Finishing the Puzzles is the fourth Julie Williamson mystery, following Stealing History, Breaking Ground, and Mapping Murder. The earlier mysteries were published by Islandport Press and are available from their website (www.islandportpress.com) and at many independent bookstores in Maine. The new one is published by Maine Authors Publishing and is available through its website (http://indieauthorbooks.com/fiction/finishing-the-puzzles/), at many independent bookstores in Maine, and online.
