West Virginia University looks a little different this fall. We have made a number of changes that are designed to help keep everyone safe. People are further apart, more students are online, seats are emptier in classrooms, and instructors are lecturing behind plastic barriers. We do this as we adjust to life under a temporary new normal. Scientists, health officials and medical professionals at WVU and around the world are working at extraordinary speed to help halt the spread of COVID-19 and to develop safe and effective treatments and a vaccine. COVID-19 won’t be with us forever, but our future healthcare providers will forever remember their training and educational experience during this unprecedented time. Welcome back to Health Sciences.
