In June of 1985 we installed a filament winding machine with 10 and 12 mandrels.A major plant expansion in 2014 and the addition of an additional 12 and 15 6 mandrel allows us to build tanks up to 1000bbl. Since thattime our company has built small tanks, specialty tanks, custom built tanks, and has been active in repair work. We now specialize in stock tanks,oil storage and potable water storage tanks. We also custom fabricate tanks for chemical, environmental, water and wastewater industries including RO (reverse osmosis) Systems, DI (De-Ionized Water) Systems, oil removal, solution storage clarified water storage, waste water and much more.​In 2003 WW purchased the assets of Crall Products Inc. in Pampa, Texas, a long-standing manufacturer of Code pressure and filtration vessels elements, swing-bolt closures, paraffin scrubbers, visual couplings, rod hangers, Bosco pipe supports strapsand other oilfield-related production equipment. In 2004 we began manufacturing steel API oilfield tanks to compliment our fiberglass API tank line and in 2005 built a new 21,000 sq. ft. tank manufacturing shop to meet the demand for steel tanks. This led to the addition of code steel production equipment in 2009 such as heater treaters, gas separators, free water knockouts, coalescers and gunbarrels. In 2018, the name of Crall Products was changed to WW Tank Vessel Co. to better align and identify ourselves with the WW Tank family of companies.​In 2008 WW opened a fiberglass manufacturing facility in Ft. Smith, Arkansas to serve the Oklahoma, Arkansas and Lousiana markets. This facility also builds most of our custom and dual-wall containment tanks.​In 2018, following a fire at our main fiberglass plant in Texas, WW acquired the assets of Freedom Tank Fiberglass Co. in Wewoka, Oklahoma. With the assistance of the Wewoka Industrial Authority, WW expanded the facilities and opened WW Tank Oklahoma, building fiberglass API tanks for the Oklahoma and North Texas oilfield markets.In additional to manufacturing fiberglass and steel tanks and vessels, WW also specializes in tank delivery and battery setup including full catwalk production capabilities. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all prices exclude state, county and/or local taxes. Your tax rate will be calculated based on the delivery location of the product and added to the invoice unless a current tax exempt certificate is on file.Credit and Terms of PaymentAll accounts are COD or pre-paid unless credit has been applied for and approved by WW accounting department. On open accounts, all invoices are due and payable 30 days from invoice date. Interest of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month from the due date will be added to all accounts more than 60 days past due. Any products that have been ordered and are not delivered within 30 days of completion will be invoiced at that time with 30-day terms commencing from the invoice date.Storage FeesIf after 30 days from completion of product, undelivered products may will incur a storage fee of $100 per day until which time the customer takes delivery of the products.Freight and DeliveryAll goods are sold F.O.B. shipping point unless expressly stipulated otherwise. In most cases, WW will deliver and set the customer s tanks and stair/walkway on W W s fleet of crane trucks. The price of setting is included in the delivery charge unless otherwise stated in the quote or order. Three (3) hours of crane time on location is included in delivery charge. If setting time exceeds 3 hours due to delays beyond WW s control, an hourly charge of $125/hr per crane truck will be applied to the invoice. Return GoodsNo WW products or parts can be returned for credit unless consent of WW in writing has been given in advance. Goods returned must be identified as to the original date of purchase and clearly show the shipper s name and address. Goods not returned in salable condition may be subject to a deduction equal to the charges necessary to make the goods salable. This can be negotiated. Any freight paid by WW will be deducted from the amount of credit granted.Force MajeureWW shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of this Agreement to the extent that any such failure arises from acts of God, war, civil insurrection or disruption, riots, government act or regulation, strikes, lockouts, labor disruption, cyber or hostile network attacks, inability to obtain raw or finished materials, inability to secure transport, or any cause beyond such party s commercially reasonable control.ClaimsWhen goods are not delivered by WW trucks and personnel, WW is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Purchaser is solely responsible for filing claims against the carrier for any loss or damage. WW will furnish all possible information, trace shipments to destination whenever possible, and render any other reasonable assistance requested to assist purchaser in filing his claim.WarrantyWW warrants its tanks to be free from defects in manufacturing, workmanship or materials for the period of one year from date of shipment. If a product or part should be found to be defective, notice should be given to WW immediately. WW will repair or replace at its sole discretion, within a period of one year after date of shipment, any tank proven to be defective. WW reserves the right to inspect and test the defective item. The defective part should be retained until notice is received from WW as to its disposition. Liability hereunder is limited to repair or replacement and does not include labor, installation costs, or indirect or consequential damages of any nature. The warranty obligations apply only when products or parts are used for the purpose and under the conditions for which they are intended, and in accordance with the best-accepted installation and operation practices and techniques.WW warranties apply only to goods manufactured by WW. Goods not manufactured by WW are warranted and guaranteed only to such an extent as these products and parts are warranted and guaranteed by the manufacturer or supplier of such goods and parts and then only to the extent WWis able to enforce such warranty or guarantee. The foregoing constitutes the entire obligation of WW Tank Vessel, and there are no express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose whatsoever, except as stated above.MiscellaneousWhere the customer requests special tests or inspections in excess of the regular factory inspections, the actual cost of such tests or inspections shall be charged to the customer unless prior agreements are made.W W Fiberglass Tank Co. is not responsible for non-delivery or delay in delivery due to delays, damages or losses resulting from strikes, riots, fires, floods or other accidents or occurrences beyond the control of WW.
