We identify gaps and work with leading organizations to fill them so every child in America can access sports, regardless of zip code or ability. PROJECT PLAY RESOURCESFOR PARENTSIt’s not easy helping your child navigate today’s pressurized world of youth sports. Our Parent Resources page helps you ask the right questions of yourself, your child, your coach, and your sports provider to provide a positive experience.Coaches are among the most important figures for kids. When they are grown up, what do you want them to say about you as a coach? Our Coach Resources page offers free courses, research and tips to help coaches improve their game.Leaders can come from rec groups, national sport organizations, policymakers, education, parents, public health, business and industry, and technology and media. Our Leader Resources page can help you build healthy communities.A new multiyear initiative consisting of a national search for exemplary high schools that make healthy opportunities available to students, with winning schools receiving $160,000 total in awards made possible with the support of adidas/Reebok, The DICK’S Sporting Goods Foundation and Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS). The project will elevate these best-in-class models, while also identifying cross-cutting strategies that can be used by all.
