Building Leaders and Beyond

Asian Pacific Islander professionals strive for Limitless Leadership, leadership in the workplace, family, and community, where leadership traits transcend space, geography, and time. As NAAAP reaches its 40th anniversary, we look forward to the next 40 years when diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are not merely a marginal strategy but a core value in every organization and community. We lean into our principles of Leadership, Education, Accountability, and Diversity to grow and connect with limitless leadership.

Belong

Empower

Engage

Support

Belong. Empower. Engage. Support.

We stand apart from other conventions by starting at a personal level with our attendees. Our participants will belong forever to a community, empowered and engaged, all the while being supported by that community. It turns out that B.E.E.S. acronym fits perfectly, as the bee symbolizes the ambition and success that comes from hard work.
